The hotel had a very convenient and accessible location. It was easy to get around the city from there. the staff were welcoming and helpful. the room was well-maintained, and the facilities were modern and functional. the view of the surrounding neighbourhood was beautiful, and there was an abundance of restaurants to choose from nearby.
The breakfast was a bit limited, and there could have been more variety in the menu options. the room wasn't as soundproof as it should have been, and at times, there was noise from the adjacent rooms.

The tour desk was incredibly helpful, providing us with valuable information on local attractions and arranging activities tailored to our kids' ages and interests. The opportunity to rent bicycles nearby enabled us to explore the beautiful surroundings and create unforgettable family memories. our youngest child, under 6 years old, was warmly welcomed and received special attention from the staff, making us feel truly at home.
My children wanted more on-site kid-friendly amenities like a playground or a game room to keep them entertained during downtimes. However, with the hotel's great location and numerous family-friendly activities nearby, this minor oversight did not hinder our overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, situated on a one-way street in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We were able to easily explore the city by foot, and there were bus stops nearby for when we wanted to venture further. the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and well-maintained bathroom. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing great service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, which gave us a great start to our adventures. Plus, the view from our room was amazing, overlooking the beautiful surroundings.
The walls in the rooms were a bit thin, so we could occasionally hear noises from neighboring rooms.

I truly enjoyed the elegant and cozy decoration of the hotel. The beautiful furnishings and soft lighting created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making me feel right at home. The hotel's general areas were spacious and well-maintained, providing plenty of comfortable seating for relaxation. The hotel also had easy accessibility for senior individuals, with wide hallways and ramps, making it convenient and safe to navigate.
I wish there had been more options for senior-friendly activities or amenities. Perhaps the addition of a dedicated relaxation area with comfortable chairs or a reading corner would have been ideal for a better vacation experience.
